Job Title: Remote Licensed Account Manager
Location: Remote, EST preferred
Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Account Manager role with a base salary of $45,000 annually.
Total Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with a half hour lunch
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
• Outbound and inbound service calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Cross-selling current customers
• Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Professional development and training
Requirements:
• Have a valid P&C license in your home state
• At least 1 year of Captive Agency service experience
• A thorough understanding of technology
• outstanding time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for success
Bonus Points:
• Prior Allstate experience is a huge plus
• MD resident or MD licensed
• Bilingual – Spanish speaking
• Life and Health License as well as P&C
