[Remote] Sales Operations Manager - Costco

The Sales Operations Manager - Costco will oversee key Costco accounts, drive account health, and provide the Sales team with essential tools and insights for business growth. Responsibilities • Onboarding new clients and putting together pricing proposals for Sales to present to Costco buying • Daily PO tracking and updating GenWeb portal. • Reacting and resolving issues as they come up on daily basis with regards to logistics delays or order shortages and communicating to Costco in a timely manner • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with Costco and clients and be available and responsive to their real time needs • Demonstrate problem solving abilities and come up with creative solutions for client and teammate issues that arise • Develop and maintain relationships with Costco ICS, assistant buyers and buyers • Providing all item/system maintenance, new item submissions and promotional support, etc. • Assist teammates with promotions and/or paperwork on an ad hoc basis Skills • 4+ years of post-secondary education (preferred completion of bachelor’s degree) • 3+ years of CPG industry experience (Costco preferred) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint proficiency • Ability to work independently and meet goals that have been established • Ability to be flexible in daily routine and tackle new tasks and/or projects as they arise • Data analytics experience (preferred but not required) • Previous Costco buying or selling experience in food & beverage • Experience working with a food broker that sells to Costco • Trade spend planning and management experience Benefits • 16 days of PTO • 11 paid company holidays per year • 2 paid volunteer days per year • Bonus eligible • 3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) • Medical, dental, and vision • Paid company life insurance • 401k with company match • Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Company Overview • C.A.
