Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LGSW/LPC/LICSW to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality mental health services, including psychotherapy and counseling, to individuals and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including children and will be skilled in various therapeutic modalities.

Duties
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on behavioral health, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective case management.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Participate in training sessions related to best practices in mental health counseling and stay updated on current trends in the field.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution.
• Valid LGSW/LPC/LICSW licensure in the state of Maryland.
• Proficient in EMR systems for managing patient records efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding practices is preferred.
• Strong skills in crisis management, behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
