Lead Trainers

PLM Training Lead Location: remote Duration: 9 months + Start: in 2 weeks JD for mailshot: RED is currently seeking a PLM Training Lead for an initial 9-month contract opportunity with one of our global end clients. This person will be a key member of the enterprise-level Change Management team, responsible for coordinating and executing the comprehensive training strategy that supports this transformation. They will drive & coordinate the creation of a fit-for-purpose curriculum and training materials, leveraging innovative methods and AI-enabled tools, and will enable local adaptation to meet the needs of diverse audiences. The role will also be responsible to identify protocols to measure training effectiveness. Suitable candidates will have the below: 5+ years designing and delivering training programs for large-scale, cross-functional transformations Experience in global or multi-regional environments, ideally within R D or product lifecycle management contexts Proven track record in shaping and executing training strategies in complex, matrixed organizations Expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and development of blended learning solutions (digital, in-person, self-paced) Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance training delivery and learner engagement Experience in project managing the delivery of the training component of a global transformation Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, segments, and regions Functional SAP PLM background would be a plus
