About the Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation platform, built on API-First and Cloud-First best practices. As a senior technical leader, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, test, and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions. Your expertise will help us transform our existing software applications into a modern, scalable system, driving business innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of our platform, ensuring alignment with API-First and Cloud-First principles Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities, championing innovative solutions Develop high-quality code using clean code practices, automated testing, and continuous integration/delivery tools Drive technology innovation, standards, and best practices across the organization Mentor team members in best practices, providing guidance on implementation strategies Participate in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program increment and sprint-related events Contribute to the architecture and design of our products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance What You Need to Be Successful Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud computing and API development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven ability to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions, with experience in large, complex, and highly scalable systems Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), with experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless, and Cloud Computing Experience with agile software development processes, continuous integration/delivery tools, and source control management Critical thinking and first-principle thinking abilities, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of architectural patterns and Clean Code principles Experience with Amazon AWS architecture (API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, Relational Database Service) Familiarity with Test Automation and Behavior Driven Development Experience with Azure DevOps for work management and CI/CD, and GitHub for source control management Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders What We Offer At Workwarp, we're committed to creating a work environment that's engaging, challenging, and rewarding.
