About the Position We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and strategic leader to join us as Program Manager, TreePro. This is a field-first, relationship-driven co-leadership role for a distribution executive with technical chops who wants a step up in scope and impact. You will co-own the TreePro P&L and lead market executionpartnering closely with underwriting and operations to drive sustained premium growth, disciplined results, and product/coverage evolution. As the face of TreePro, youll deepen broker and key account relationships, build nationwide distribution, and work directly with insureds, capacity and service partners, and industry stakeholders to convert demand into profitable business. The ideal candidate brings MGA, Broker or Carrier distribution management experience, credibility with brokers, and enough underwriting fluency to align appetite, rate, and mix to market realities. What Youll Do We have an exciting opportunity for Program Manager, TreePro to join our team, responsibilities include: Field-first national role; greater than 50% travel to brokers, insureds, and industry events.Co-own the TreePro P&L and underwriting results; translate in-market demand into profitable written premium and disciplined growth. Lead go-to-market and broker activation nationallybuild pipelines, set cadence/forecasts, and partner with Marketing/BD to convert opportunities.Partner with the Division President and underwriting leaders to set appetite, business mix, rate, premium, and profitability targets; adjust based on field intelligence.Deepen strategic broker and key account relationships through consistent appetite and fast, high-quality service.Lead TreePros presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsserve as ambassador and conduit to internal teams, surfacing emerging risks/opportunities.Stay ahead of competitive trends and coverage needs in the Tree Service market through continual field-based intelligence across industry segments.What Were Looking For Experience Commercial P&C programs/brokerage/carrier background; contractor segment experience preferred.Builder mentality and competitive edgedriven to win and take share intelligently.Rapid builder of performance-driven relationships with brokers, insureds, and carriers.Loves the business of insurance; field-first operator comfortable with 50%+ national travel.Skills Go-to-market: activate brokers, build partnerships, negotiate; deliver profitable premium and share gains.Execution: able to turn market intelligence into decisive action.Worked closely with underwriting & pricing: align appetite, rate, and mix; inform pricing to protect profitability; credible with underwriting teams.Product & delivery: develop offerings with cross-functional teams; iterate quickly on field feedback.Education Bachelors degree (Business/Finance/Risk preferred); CPCU/CIC or similar a plus.
