What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead quantitative research projects from start to finish
- Conduct quantitative research across multiple work streams
- Synthesize and analyze research findings to identify key opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric outcomes
- Mentor junior researchers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years' experience as a product researcher
- 4-year degree in Social Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science HCI, or related field
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and tools like R/Python and SQL
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively

- Experience in Quantitative UX Research methods
- Strong storytelling skills from data insights
