Lead Product Manager - AI Healthcare Assistant

VitalCheck Wellness powers onsite medical services for companies like Benjamin Moore, then scales that same clinical know-how to hedge funds, investment banks, and some of the nation's largest public-school systems-caring for hundreds of thousands of teachers and staff through preventive, primary-care, and metabolic-disease programs delivered both on campus and via telemedicine. The role
• Own end-to-end product strategy for our AI Healthcare Assistant-from 0 1 launch through national scale.
• Translate feedback from nurses, plant managers, HR leads, and educators into KPI-driven roadmaps; write PRDs and run experiments that blend LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and voice UI.
• Partner with physicians, compliance experts, ML engineers, designers, and operations teams to ship features that delight users and meet HIPAA standards.
• Track Gen-AI safety, FDA/FTC guidance, and state tele-health regs; convert risk into decisive product calls.
• Coach one Associate PM and mentor cross-functional peers.
About you
• 5+ years owning full product lifecycles, including at least one consumer product that reached meaningful scale; prior LLM or conversational-AI work is a plus.
• Skilled at turning user research and business metrics into elegant UX and measurable ROI.
• Data-savvy (SQL or Python) and comfortable designing, running, and defending A/B tests.
• Exceptional storyteller who aligns executives, clinicians, and engineers.
Nice-to-haves
• EHR integration or clinical-workflow experience.
• Spanish or French proficiency for our bilingual worksites.
Compensation & benefits
• Base $180 k - $200 k USD and meaningful equity.
