Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. As an experienced individual contributor, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy for critical product areas through data and guide product development with relevant insights. You'll be the subject matter expert on metrics and success measurement, experiment design, and visual storytelling via data. Key Responsibilities
Provide actionable insights to help product managers understand trends, marketplace dynamics, and user behaviors
Identify and quantitatively size feature opportunities based on user insights to inform our overall Product strategy
Partner with product managers to define common user paths and actions, and own data instrumentation and architecture components
Design, execute, and analyze experiments, including A/B testing and holdout tests
Translate broad questions into plans for research and discovery, perform proactive data exploration, and communicate results in a compelling way
Partner with the Product team to understand key business health questions and build a dashboard suite that becomes the go-to resource for common themes and reduces time to insight
Become an expert in a specific product area, handle KPI reporting, and provide critical visibility of our data to Product Managers, Engineering, and other business teams
Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, and long-term trend investigations
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline: computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, engineering, economics, etc.
4+ years of work experience in process execution, business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, or data analysis
Fundamental understanding of predictive modeling and/or forecasting techniques
4+ years of experience with causal analytics and experimental design, implementation, and analysis (split tests, A/B tests, holdout tests, etc.)
4+ years of experience with manipulating large data sets using SQL
2+ years of experience with Tableau, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building relationships with teammates and influencing decisions at various levels and across multiple teams
Passion for getting deep into the weeds with data and understanding edge cases and how to best represent them
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $175,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable pay and/or equity.
