Your only job: find companies that need AI-powered websites/UX → get them interested → book a qualified discovery call. That’s it. We close, you get paid instantly. Daily reality: • Scrape and verify 50–150 fresh leads per day using free + premium tools we provide • Warm them up on LinkedIn/email (manual first 2 weeks → automated after first payouts) • Get them to say “yes” to a 15-minute discovery call • Drop the booked call in our calendar → get paid the second it’s confirmed Qualifications – Don’t apply unless you have this • Already scraped and delivered 500+ leads OR booked 10+ calls in the last 6 months (any niche) • Proof via screenshot or 60-second Loom when you apply • Can start delivering verified leads + replies within first 48 hours • Zero excuses — if a source dries up, you find three new ones same day Compensation & Benefits (paid instantly) • $5 per qualified & booked discovery call (small/indie clients) • $10–$15 per booked call on $2k+ potential deals • $50–$100 bonus for every client that signs (even if you only booked the call) • Top lead-gen last batch: 43 booked calls → $1,870 in one month (week 4) • Current active lead gens averaging $800–$3,000+/mo • No cap, no territory, no politics Important Note The $60,000 – $100,000 salary range is a Wellfound system placeholder.
