Lead Clinical Research Associate – Direct Hire – Fully Remote in the US – Growing Biotech Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr A growing and exciting biotech company specializing in central nervous system diseases is hiring for a Lead Clinical Research Associate to manage 2-3 sites and provide direction and leadership to the study Clinical Research Associate team. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive base salary and a competent benefits package, 401k with match, and stock options. This role is fully remote, with approximately 60% travel expected. Responsibilities • Manage 2-3 clinical trial sites. • Provide direction and leadership to the study Clinical Research Associate team. Qualifications • Experienced CRA with 6+ years of industry experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech. • Must have been a lead CRA for 2+ years. • Experience in CNS is preferred.
