Lead Business Analyst - Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Operational Analysis:
Analyze financial and operational data to support performance targets.
Track and analyze performance measures for Project Managers.
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Prepare business unit financial plans and strategic plans.
Manage revenue and cost planning and resource allocation processes.
Team Management:
Lead and develop a team of financial planning consultants.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Conduct UAT for Copperleaf and train Project Managers on risk assessment.
Budget Management:
Prepare and present monthly budget reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
Effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
Familiarity with Copperleaf or similar tools.
