As a key player in our 10-12 person service department, you will provide top-notch support to our clients, resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of technical tasks, including answering live calls, managing ticketing systems, and addressing common technical issues. Our ideal candidate is eager to grow their IT skills, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
Background in IT, either through classroom training or previous work experience
Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and familiar with the basics of network and system administration
Local to the Lockport, IL area, with a willingness to work two days a week in the office and three days from home
Ability to attend monthly meetings in the office
Responsibilities:
Answer live calls within a 15-minute cap and resolve issues or escalate them to the next-level technician as needed
Perform basic troubleshooting tasks from email or portal tickets
Manage all alerts via the ConnectWise ticketing system
Collaborate with your team for support and growth opportunities
Skills Needed:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2008-2019) and Workstation Operating Systems (XP to Windows 11)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe software (Tech Support)
Knowledge of hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3
Strong work ethic and ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism
Ability to manage and prioritize alerts through the ConnectWise ticketing system
