Responsibilities: Administer employee benefit plans in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain employee records relating to benefits and ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits. Provide customer service and support to employees regarding benefits plans and related services. Research and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits administration. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper administration of employee benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and stakeholders. Monitor and analyze trends in benefits administration. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records related to benefits administration.
