In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the efficiency of our daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, Private Equity–backed environment and can operate with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities while handling highly confidential matters. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic initiatives.This position is fully remote but must be located in, and willing to work in, Eastern Standard Time Zone. Responsibilities and Duties of Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant:Provide administrative support to multiple ELT members, including C suite support Manage complex and dynamic calendars across internal and external stakeholdersBook travel for multiple ELT members, to include airfare, car, and hotel bookings or related logisticsCoordinate meetings and calendarsPrepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materialsAssist with executive expense management, and handle invoices and payment processingDraft and respond to executive correspondence and emails on behalf of leadershipHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAnticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively solve problems before they escalateSupport leaders with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordinationBuild strong internal and external relationships to facilitate efficient communication and collaborationOrganize internal and external events and meetings to include: logistics, hotel, car, airfare, meeting itineraries, dinner reservations, etc.Requirements4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity–backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environmentsExperience supporting multiple executives simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong critical thinking and decision-making abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and discretionAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise required); comfortable learning new technologies and systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize independently with minimal oversightDemonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and functionsStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetExperience with large scale event planning Compensation is based on experience; $70K+ annuallyBenefits 401(k) with matching program Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
