Transactions Analyst

The Transactions Analyst will be part of the Trust and Agency Services area, focusing on the issuance of bonds and servicing clients’ debt instruments, while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Responsibilities Issuance of money-market instruments and debt service invoices to issuers (clients) Interest payments and redemptions of all debt instruments within the Issuing and Paying Agency Team Working with the Business and our clients to resolve ad-hoc queries and challenges Monitoring and working with Depositary Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) on settlements, fund transfers Adhering to internal controls and regulatory compliance Assistance with Quality control and process improvement testing Skills Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) Acute attention to detail Ability to adjust to procedural changes in a dynamic processing environment Flexibility to prioritize and support workloads from multiple teams Knowledge of Microsoft Office Technical inclination to learn new applications Initiative to work with multiple products Networking Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities Benefits Health and wellbeing benefits Retirement savings plans Parental leave Family building benefits Educational resources Matching gift and volunteer programs Company Overview Deutsche Bank is an investment bank that offers financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
