WeÂre looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6-month contract where YouÂll partner closely with our hiring managers, immerse yourself in the world of MEV, and headhunt the best talent in the space.
What you'll do:
 Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
 Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
 Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices.
 Coordinate: the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data.
What WeÂre Looking For:
 Experience: +5 years of technical recruiting, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups with an understanding of the relevant players.
 Creativity in sourcing: Ability to find and engage with talent beyond traditional platforms.
 Strong communication skills: Comfort with articulating technical roles and our mission to a wide range of candidates.
 Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
 Crypto-curious: You donÂt need to be a blockchain expert, but an interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn is a must.
 Collaboration: Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract talent.
 Tools of the trade: Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
