 Input accurate information for any missing or erroneous data that the system may not capture.
 Validate system-generated data and ensure timely and precise entry of UB (Uniform Billing) or itemization (IB) charges into our database.
 Employ proprietary OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to implement necessary data corrections or amendments.
 Cross-reference patient and provider information, along with general UB details, ensuring accuracy upon file receipt and prior to data entry.
 Input breakdown charges (itemization) into our system as required.
 Uphold daily production volume expectations and quality control protocols.
 Maintain strict HIPAA compliance during all communications and data handling.
 Assist team members by providing support, including onboarding and training new employees as needed.
 Undertake additional tasks as directed.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in typing at a speed of 40+ words per minute, with strong accuracy in both Alpha and 10-Key (8,000 keystrokes per hour with 90%+ accuracy).
 Exceptional attention to detail and independent problem-solving abilities.
 Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, efficiently navigating between various windows and systems.
 Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software is advantageous.
 Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in data entry is preferred, though not mandatory.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
 Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
