This leader will oversee the Adversarial Abuse team, which is responsible for early detection of emerging patterns and operational enforcement, as well as the Business Analytics team, which provides insights and transparency reports for countries around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, data analysis, and leadership, with the ability to drive strategic decision making and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and removing malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and other forms of abuse Develop and implement strategies to prevent adversarial abuse, using data-driven insights and industry trends Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe malicious behavior Deliver effective and efficient operational performance in a global team working 24×7, with a focus on quality, service levels, and talent development Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and content to inform decision making and drive strategic initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Engineering, and Policy Development Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) At least 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, and data analysis Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) Experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection Knowledge of SQL, R, Matlab, or other programming languages Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As aSenior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
