About the Role: Commercial Field Development Intern We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Field Development Intern to support our Field Development Team and Commercial Execution department. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from event planning and cross-functional communication to sales training and ad-hoc initiatives. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will be essential in driving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Field Development team in planning and executing events, including Ignition Trips, to support sales initiatives in key markets Support RES TEAMs channel engagement and incentives, developing innovative solutions to drive sales growth Design and develop a RES interactive sales training tool that validates core BASN knowledge, enhancing our sales team's capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives Participate in weekly intern-driven meetings, final project presentations, and workshops to develop your skills and network with our team Attend our annual summit in NYC, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with our leadership team and learn from industry experts Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities. We're looking for individuals who are: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a graduation date no sooner than December 2025 Strong creative thinkers, with excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills Passionate about sales and event planning, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Able to work in a hybrid environment, with a combination of remote and in-office work (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office) Willing to travel for our Intern Summit in NYC and other events as required What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive monthly compensation package, ranging from $3,400 to $6,700, depending on your degree type and job requirements.
