We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical understanding, process knowledge, and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and document technical release team processes and workflows
ā¢ Write clear, testable release team's user stories with acceptance criteria
ā¢ Produce clear written communication explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
ā¢ Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
ā¢ Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture
Success Factors:
ā¢ Analytical skills: The ability to assess complex problems and identify solutions
ā¢ Communication skills: Clear and effective communication to gather requirements and explain solutions
ā¢ Business knowledge: An understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them
ā¢ Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and business leaders
Skills and Experience:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in technical writing or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
ā¢ Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
ā¢ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
ā¢ Experience with Jira and Confluence
ā¢ Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
ā¢ Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies.
