We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in org definition, security models, sharing rules, and automation via Flows. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and implementation strategies. So, what will you be doing all day? Org Definition & Design Architect scalable org setups, ensuring adherence to governance models and Salesforce limits. Recommend strategies for multi-org vs. single-org approaches. Security & Access Controls Define and implement secure role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security. Flow & Automation Development Create and maintain scalable automations using Flow Builder, including record-triggered, schedule-triggered, and screen flows. Use declarative tools efficiently with minimal reliance on code. User Experience & Enablement Configure intuitive user interfaces (page layouts, Lightning record pages) and support change management through training and documentation. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with project managers, solution architects, developers, and end-users to align technical solutions with business goals. Data Strategy & Maintenance Support data imports, cleansing, and deduplication. Ensure proper data structure and integrity across orgs. This is the perfect job for someone who: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience. Strong expertise in: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder (preferred). Nice to have: Professional Services experience is highly preferred , particularly in client-facing delivery or consulting roles. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a significant plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in sprint-based environments. Strong service orientation with a user-first mindset. Be responsive, patient, and proactive in addressing concerns, answering questions, and delivering support. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
