Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bookkeeper to assist with administrative duties and manage bookkeeping tasks for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
 Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop platforms.
 Process payroll using ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks payroll systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
 Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and various tax filings.
Necessary Skills:
 Proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Word.
 Demonstrated expertise in leveraging technology for a paperless work environment.
 Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
 Degree in Accounting, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
 At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping in a prior accounting firm, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
 Minimum 4 years of experience with QuickBooks and general accounting practices.
