Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patients for appointments with multiple specialty practices across a wide geographic range
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls in a high-volume environment, utilizing critical thinking skills and excellent customer service skills
Work collaboratively with diverse groups, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, to provide exceptional patient experiences
Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology, Microsoft software applications, and typing skills (minimum 35 words per minute)
