Are you passionate about invention and problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're seeking a talented and motivated Product Quality Engineer to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of robotics.
As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Advanced Product Quality Engineering (APQE) team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality robotics products. You will be responsible for implementing Quality Engineering principles, managing NPI quality programs, and driving data-driven risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration with internal and external business partners
Develop and deliver key artifacts, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DFX, and NUD
Embed with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Test Engineers to define success criteria for early production builds
Represent quality and report status and risk mitigation in NPI Program Reviews
Partner with peer teams to drive data-driven risk mitigation and strategy
Manage NPI quality program schedules and engagement planning
Conduct supplier assessments and implement supplier development plans
Define APQP/PPAP strategies and review and approve related documents
Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science, or related engineering field
5+ years of experience in applying Quality Engineering principles, such as APQP, PPAP, DFX, and FMEA
Strong process improvement mindset for Agile environments and passion for quality
Excellent business communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree(s) in Engineering and/or Business/MBA
Technical expertise in Mechanical and Electrical components common in Robotics
Technical/Engineering Program Management Experience
Multi-industry and/or consulting experience in applicable industries
Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards
