Job Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff to identify potential candidates
Maintain an active presence at healthcare job fairs and organize open house events
Utilize the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential Home Health Aides
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting Home Health Aides in a similar environment
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home health care or managing home health care services for a loved one
Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA related work)
High energy and well-spoken demeanor
Proven ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
