This role involves preparing detailed estimates for various construction projects, including soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. Responsibilities • Prepare estimates by calculating statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs. • Define and quantify the scope of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates. • Review and research historical data to compile summary reports for future estimates. • Work on projects involving soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation/masterplans. Essential Skills • 10+ years of estimating experience • Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering • Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office • Experience within estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities • Must be able to work with cross-functional teams • Client-facing experience Additional Skills & Qualifications • PMP certification • PE certification • Experience in architectural, structural, and civil estimation • Experience in project management, construction management, and commercial construction • Experience with Revit • Open to candidates who have worked on similar projects 5-7 years ago Job Type & Location REMOTE!!!!! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
