Job Overview: As a Class A Local Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for transporting and replenishing shelves with our sought-after beverages. You will work within your local community, interacting with customers, and serving as a brand ambassador for our company. Key Responsibilities:
Check accuracy and stability of the load to ensure safe and efficient delivery
Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
Communicate effectively with other company employees, customers, and shoppers
Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
Pick up company property and secure company assets
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License with no interstate restrictions
Clean Driving Record
Physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
Able to successfully complete a driver's road test and certification
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
Minimum 1-year of general work experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
