In this role, you will engage with our customers in real-time through online chat, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services. Responsibilities • Engage with customers via live chat and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account inquiries through chat support.• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of chat conversations. • Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery. • Collaborate with the support team to enhance chat responses and develop effective customer support resources. • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment. • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple chats at once. • Proficiency in using customer support software and live chat tools. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
