Wilderness Medical Staffing is a leading locum tenens healthcare staffing agency specializing in providing skilled nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians to rural and remote communities in Alaska and the Northwestern United States. Job Overview
Build a talent pool and create a candidate network
Actively source new providers through multiple mediums
Skillfully review resumes to identify the right fit for our organization
Onboard potential providers and ensure data integrity
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current medical providers
Grow our network of potential providers and place them into assignments
Communicate promptly and effectively with providers and maintain excellent documentation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Strong organization and planning skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and work through competing tasks
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the healthcare field preferred
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM software
Remote Work Requirements
To work from home effectively, you'll need:
A dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free from competing responsibilities
High-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements
Ability to work normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard time)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
Quarterly profit sharing
A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plan with a 4% match
A paid day off for your birthday and annual in-person retreats
