This role involves reviewing title commitments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReview daily reports to ensure completion of assigned dutiesReview title commitment for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for including but not limited to updating payoffs, taxes and HOAAddress inquiries from client, seller’s agent, buyer’s agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely mannerReview Work In Progress reports to ensure completionReview and respond to management inquiries, as neededRespond to escalated routes and questions from customersProcess orders in accordance with ServiceLink and client requirementsMeet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of qualityProvide direction to team members and assist the supervisors in maintaining processing timelines and production requirementsMaintain open communication with team members and team leaderDevelop relationships with our vendors and our co-workersPerform all other duties as assignedSkillsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the futureHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPractical work experience within real estate industryProven customer service skillsProficiency with personal computersPractical work experience within real estate industry and/or a vendor management service companyExcellent customer service and communication skillsThe ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clientsA penchant for excellence.
