As a Chat Associate on our Worker Operations Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, investigating incidents, and developing reliability initiatives to improve the overall quality of our marketplace. You will communicate with customers via telephone, live chat, and web communication channels, and work efficiently to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via multiple channels to resolve issues and provide support
Investigate attendance and quality incidents, using exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills
Develop and implement reliability initiatives to improve the overall quality of our marketplace
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, operations, product, customer success, and legal
Manage and maintain communication on multiple platforms to effectively solve issues for our partner facilities and professionals
Stay up-to-date on product updates and organizational information to provide the best possible support
Requirements:
Proficient in English (first language)
2+ years of customer support experience, with 2+ years of telephonic customer support experience
2+ years of experience with Zendesk or any CRM
Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and action
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary teams, with a positive mindset and ethical integrity
System Requirements:
Minimum 15Mbps wired internet connection
Minimum i5 processor or equivalent
Minimum 12GB Ram
