- Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using live chat software and other online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with grace
- Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
