• Maintains advanced working knowledge of relevant applications, services, technologies, team-based productivity tools
• Provide assistance with software and/or technology hiccups to maintain an organized session...
• Oversee necessary paperwork including but not limited to material lists, attendance logs, and Medisk hours
• Lead various segments through the day that will engage people receiving service
• Support organizational development by working collaboratively with team to assess knowledge, skill and ability gaps and needs within the program
• Provide oversight for review and evaluation of training new Moderators

Requirements
• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of computer technology, including but not limited to logging in to a Zoom session, trouble shooting, screen share, and muting
• Ability to captivate people in attendance with prepared segments
