What You'll Do: Serve, Solve, and Sell

As a Customer Care & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll occupy a dynamic role that combines exceptional customer service with strategic sales execution. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Delivering Exceptional Customer Support: Maintain outstanding customer service standards while providing remote support for customers experiencing issues with their devices. Whether a customer has lost their smartphone, damaged a tablet, or encountered technical difficulties, you'll be their first line of defense and their path to resolution.

Problem Resolution: Professionally resolve customer issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged devices. You'll listen actively, empathize with their situation, and implement solutions that leave customers feeling valued and satisfied.

Sales Enablement: Actively promote and sell our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. Identify opportunities to introduce customers to protection plans, tech support services, and supplementary products that enhance their technology experience.

Needs-Based Consultation: Engage deeply with customers to understand their technology usage, lifestyle needs, and pain points. Use this insight to recommend personalized solutions that genuinely add value to their digital lives.

Technical Troubleshooting: Demonstrate technical aptitude to diagnose issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and provide clear, actionable resolutions.

Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service continuity.

Your Journey: Training & Growth

After completing training, you'll transition to an assigned production schedule that aligns with business needs, providing stability and predictability in your work routine.

At the 90-day milestone, you'll transition to the performance-based PPX compensation model, allowing you to directly see the financial impact of the excellent experiences you provide to customers. Reliable Internet: Minimum internet speed requirements of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload to ensure smooth, uninterrupted communication with customers.

What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Six months of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Six months to one year of sales experience
Technical aptitude sufficient to pass our readiness assessment
Willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen
