Our Video Analysis as a Service (VaaS) company is a leading provider of data and image analytics for vehicle location, and we're seeking a skilled ASG Support Technician to join our team. As a Tier 2 support specialist, you'll provide top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and hardware equipment, including laptops, servers, and LPR camera systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person support
Independently troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Installing and supporting software and hardware equipment
Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Participating in on-call rotations and monitoring chat sessions to support other team members
We're looking for candidates with:
2+ years of networking and/or customer service experience
Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Strong technical skills, including experience with software and hardware equipment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
