As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in customer service, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner * Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless service delivery * Handle various customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions * Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring timely and effective service delivery * Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring optimal resource allocation * Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information * Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details * Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining high standards of data integrity * Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service team * Interact with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, providing exceptional customer service and support * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or other managers in the company **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment * Must live in Illinois and be able to reliably commute to McHenry, IL each day for training (training will be provided remotely, with occasional on-site sessions) * Previous dispatch experience is a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders * Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus * Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively * Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy and professionalism * Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work efficiently from home * Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, as required **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service over the phone * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively * Proficient in Service Titan & ClearPath software, with the ability to utilize these tools to effectively plan and dispatch jobs * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering a range of opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
