Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $19/HR. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7a 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: OCTOBER 2024
Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Job Details
Monitors the Patients Case from start to finish making sure each step of the way is complete (This is where they get the name Case Managers)
Ensures patients information is imputed correctly and reviews benefits summery
Coordination of benefits
Working with patients, pharmacy, provider, and payor.
Assist with Appeal Management for Claim Denials.
Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***
Job Requirements
1 year of recent previous medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing experience required.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
Must have high speed internet and the ability to work from home.
