Job Description:
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing start-to-finish product experiences that enable seamless situations for our clients
Collaborating across disciplines to influence and shape feature projects
Delivering product features and communicating product roadmap and status to partner teams, field partners, and clients
Working across disciplines to ensure the execution of strategy and product delivery
Representing Microsoft at key industry events and executive client meetings
Partnering directly with key client accounts and account teams to close and grow M365 businesses
Building and developing a motivated, diverse, and ethical team
Requirements:
4-year college degree and 8+ years of experience in product management, delivering multiple products
5+ years of experience working in UX/UI spaces
2+ years of experience as a manager or team lead, coaching and developing others
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and coordinate resources toward achieving a shared goal
Experience working across a range of teams, both technical and non-technical
