Responsibilities:
As a Lead Payroll Specialist, you will:
Act as a subject matter expert for the UAE
Manage key stakeholder relationships across Finance, Product, and Engineering
Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance
Ensure payroll operations are fully compliant with DMCC, MOL, or WPS requirements
Mentor and support payroll specialists
Implement and improve processes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
In-house payroll management or equivalent experience leading the full end-to-end processing of UAE payroll
Hands-on experience with DMCC, MOL, or WPS workflows
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficiency in using software tools like SAP, Excel/Google Sheet
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
Fluent English language skills
