- **Reconciliation:**
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner by conducting research and communicating with vendors and internal teams.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions. Organize and file electronic records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with team members across departments to support various accounting functions. Communicate effectively to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth operations.
- **Continuous Improvement:**
Participate in efforts to enhance accounts payable processes and systems. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency and accuracy within the department.
- **Compliance:**
Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations concerning financial transactions and records. Stay informed about updates in accounting practices and IRS regulations.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:**
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Pursuit of a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:**
Familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial databases is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Personality Traits:**
