If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.As the Manager of MHS Performance Management, you are responsible for conducting weekly/monthly customer performance audits to ensure compliance with pricing contractual agreements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the deal pricing, national accounts, professional advisory & services, and financial systems teams to drive customer performance improvements. In this role, you will conduct economic research, deliver monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting to key business stakeholders. Additionally, you will partner with various departments to ensure strategic alignment, address health system inquiries, and contribute to optimizing overall customer performance.*This is an individual contributor role**Key ResponsibilitiesPricing Operations Collaborate with the various teams in Pricing Health Systems and cross-functional teams to monitor and effectively communicate pricing strategies that align with customer needs and organizational profitability goals.Conduct comprehensive economic research and item-level reviews, sharing your findings with the cross-functional teams.Provide ad-hoc reporting and act as a key point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales departments, occasionally engaging with customers for strategic insights.Monitor and analyze pricing trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions, generating forecasts and identifying potential risks and opportunities for financial planning. Tell the story of what is happening from a customer and McKesson perspective.Lead initiatives to improve pricing efficiency and accuracy through process improvements and technology enhancements, assist in developing dashboards and analytics for performance insights.Coaching and MentoringEncourage and facilitate skill development by identifying training opportunities and resources that align with individual career goals and team objectives.Assist team members in developing problem-solving skills by guiding them through complex pricing scenarios and economic research methodologies.Support the team in setting and achieving personal and professional development goals, providing encouragement and motivation for continuous improvement.Promote a collaborative team culture where open communication and knowledge sharing are encouraged, helping analysts feel valued and supported in their rolesCross-Functional Collaboration/Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with various teams across the organization, including Sales, Pricing, FP&A, and Distribution Operations, to support the development of integrated pricing solutions and strategies.Work closely with internal teams such as finance, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment and integration of pricing initiatives.Partner with the BI/Analytics team to assist in building dashboards that provide actionable insights for pricing decisions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the sales team to gain insights into market dynamics and address customer concerns effectively.Support the execution of contracts by collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Assist in resolving any contractual issues or disputes in coordination with the legal and compliance departments.Other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum RequirementDegree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Critical SkillsMinimum of 5 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on pricing strategy.Knowledge of health systems and drug pricing dynamics, including regulatory and reimbursement environments.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive business growth.Advanced MS Excel; highly proficient at financial modeling and the manipulation of large sets of data in a replicable and sustainable mannerAdditional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.PowerBI, DAX and SQL experience strongly preferred.Salary: 100,100.00 - 133,400.00 - 166,800.00 USD Annual (Target 135K with a 15% MIP)P4We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
