We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo and baggage. Key Responsibilities:
Securely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring optimal connections by guiding arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
Operate ground equipment such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
Use cargo scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of cargo to its destination.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: hearing protection, safety toe footwear, defensive headwear (hard hat or cap), and high visibility safety clothing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move cargo and equipment up to 50-70 pounds.
