Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Helping customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently. Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
