About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of one of the biggest brands worldwide, supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. You'll undergo a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors, ensuring you're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a major brand with integrity and professionalism.
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
