Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures. Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products. Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers. Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. Knowledge of store systems and store equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
