Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI to drive business decision-making through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will design, build, and maintain data models, develop comprehensive reports, and perform predictive analytics to support operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance.
Conduct predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance and management.
Integrate various data sources into Power BI and create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, ensuring they are performing optimally.
Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools, technologies, and trends to improve current processes and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and Dax language.
Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar.
Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
