Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Mac Expert on our team, you'll play a crucial role in representing aren't you and delivering the exceptional experience our customers have come to expect. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Product Expertise & Knowledge Development

Develop in-depth expertise on aren't you products, including Mac computers, iPads, iPhones, Apple Watch, and related accessories
Stay current on product features, specifications, and capabilities through continuous learning and training
Become a specialist in understanding how our products integrate with each other to create seamless user experiences
Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language for customers with varying levels of technical familiarity
Learn and master multiple sources of information to stay updated on product launches, policy changes, and technological advancements


Consultative Sales & Customer Engagement

Provide personalized consultative sales solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and use cases
Follow our proprietary Customer Engagement model to ensure consistent, high-quality interactions
Confidently ask for the sale and guide customers through the purchasing decision process
Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
Seek to establish rapport with customers so they actively return to you for future purchases
Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores


Order Management & Administrative Tasks

Process new sales orders accurately and efficiently into our order management systems
Set clear customer expectations regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery
Ensure a favorable end-to-end purchasing experience from initial inquiry through delivery
Handle customer inquiries related to order status, modifications, and troubleshooting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Continuous Improvement & Adaptability

Adapt to changing technologies, processes, and work environments with flexibility
Embrace ambiguity and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced situations
Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of technical aptitude, sales acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

Experience & Background

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is essential
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a sales environment
Comfortable functioning in a dynamic, performance-based call center environment
Customer service or sales background is highly preferred
Experience with both Mac and PC platforms is required


Technical Skills

Strong ability to translate "tech speak" into everyday, understandable terms
Proficient in learning and adapting to new technologies quickly
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Comfortable using multiple software systems and databases
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems
