Position Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist at CI&T, you will leverage data assets and mathematical modeling to drive optimization across various business domains. You'll develop advanced analytics models using cutting-edge tools and technologies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights and solutions that directly influence business outcomes and client success. Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced analytics models and automation solutions across various business areas including content programming, ad sales, consumer insights, and revenue forecasting Design, implement, and validate predictive analytics, statistical, and machine learning models that deliver measurable business impact Evaluate new algorithms and technologies with a pragmatic approach to determine their potential value Communicate complex data solutions to diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable business language Collaborate on projects as both a team member and individual contributor, writing high-quality code that meets established standards Participate in requirement gathering, project planning, and testing processes to ensure solutions meet client needs Required Skills and Qualifications: Master's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related analytical field – Ph.D. desired Proven years of commercial experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics, with demonstrated success implementing predictive models Strong theoretical foundation in statistics, estimation theory, simulation, consumer choice modeling, and machine learning concepts Solid programming skills with expertise in Python and R Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience with AWS services including S3, PostgreSQL, and Athena Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with Redshift and SageMaker Background in software development practices and technologies Join Our Team!
