In this role, you’ll design and evaluate consulting-style scenarios, frameworks, and case analyses to help large language models (LLMs) learn how top-tier consultants reason, structure business problems, and communicate insights. Your expertise will directly shape how AI systems interpret strategy, operations, and management challenges with human-level analytical precision. Key Responsibilities Design and review consulting-style prompts , structured answers, and evaluation rubrics. Benchmark AI-generated responses against established consulting frameworks and real-world standards. Provide structured feedback on analytical rigor, communication clarity, and business reasoning. Conduct targeted research to inform prompt quality and evaluation consistency. Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and consulting peers to refine model performance. Ideal Qualifications 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent). Strong skills in strategic problem-solving, market research, and structured analysis. Exceptional written communication and attention to logical consistency. Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources into coherent business narratives. Experience in case design, training, or performance evaluation is a plus.
