IT Procurement Specialist

PM GROUP is an international management company headquartered in Cyprus that specializes in strategy and business development services in iGaming.PM GROUP comprises an ecosystem of partnerships, investing in and developing the best iGaming companies worldwide.We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join our team.Your main responsibilities will be:Procurement of licenses and equipment for the company;Collaboration with vendors and distributors;Communication with internal departments to identify procurement needs;Research suppliers of goods and services;Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts;Track inventory levels and submit purchase orders as needed;Recommend new products, services, or materials in line with industry trends;Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities;Manage procurement documentation and reporting;Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Essential professional experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;Strong negotiation and analytical skills;Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management;Experience working with international vendors and distributors is a plus;Ability to manage large volumes of information and handle multiple tasks;Proficiency in Excel;Upper-intermediate English and Native Ukrainian are required.We care about you:Vacation: We care about your well-being and offer flexible vacation options tailored to your location.Sick Leave Allowance: Your health is our priority.
